I recently made the decision to move to Dubai. As I started to better understand the intricacies of moving here and the paperwork required, I sought out TLZ to assist me with the white glove service that I needed to take care of my visa process and my residency card. I must say, that I spoke with a couple of different companies about serving me in this matter, but I felt very good about TLZ and what an amazing decision that was. Chase and Janelle with TLZ took extremely good care of me. They were there every step of the way to answer questions and provide me with the support that was necessary to get my visa And residency card handled in a very expeditious manner. I could not have done this so quickly without their great service and support. They communicated with me almost daily to ensure that I was up to speed on where the process stood and how things were coming along. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a professional and trustworthy company That was well aware of the needs that I had. TLZ not Also facilitated with SIRA here in the UAE which I needed to have because of my work in the security services field. I want to share a true event.
In the middle of my Emirates id process (by that time, I had no id yet, and my passport was with the authorities) I needed to move to a different hotel in Dubai. When arriving to the hotel, they didn’t allow me to do the check in, because I had no passport and no Emirates id. Being caught in such an unusual situation, even worst, during a weekend day, I called Oliver (my contact at TLZ) and in about 5m Oliver sent to the hotel a document that proved my passport was with the authority and finally I was able to do my check in.
This is a true example how this Team rocks’.

TLZ have been fantastic throughout. Essential service for company formation and visa approval when moving to the Emirate. Thomas Lumby put me at ease from the off, and was happy to speak multiple times prior to proceeding, to ensure all questions were answered and I understood the process fully. At every stage I was able to seek clarification. I was then looked after by Janelle De Guzman who ensured my in country approvals all went smoothly, and was able to re-arrange my appointments where needed. A professional service throughout right through to my driver Erwin, who looked after me on the day of appointments. Cannot recommend enough, thank you TLZ.
